Sanjay brings over 25 years of experience in financial services working with leading global and regional banks in leadership and board roles, driving transformational growth and turnaround.

He is also a second-time Founder, having previously led StraitsBridge as Founder and CEO, a Singapore-based specialist consulting firm bringing leading edge services to financial services across Asia, Middle East & Africa.

Sanjay’s banking career includes key roles such as: Group Chief Financial Officer – EmiratesNBD (UAE), Group CFO – Hong Leong Bank (Malaysia), CFO in Taiwan, Philippines & UAE at Standard Chartered Bank, and Global Head of Strategy – Wealth Management, Standard Chartered.

In November 2019, Sanjay was recognised by the Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SICCI) for “Entrepreneurial Excellence & Outstanding Leadership”. Sanjay has a degree in Management from the esteemed Indian Institute of Management (IIM, Bangalore) and an Engineering degree from BITS Pilani, India.
